You spend your days looking at four walls and floor plans. But when you walk into a space, what’s the one “intangible” thing that tells you a property has a soul? Family and light brings positivity.

What’s the most "human" moment you’ve witnessed in a closing room?
There’s nothing like the feeling of helping a client overcome a hurdle. Between mortgage challenges and the Dubai South price hikes, my client thought her dream was slipping away. By securing a protected price for her, we turned that disappointment into a major win. She has now upgraded to a villa, and seeing her progress in life is the ultimate professional reward.

How do you see the "future" of the UAE landscape?
Digital tools definitely bring the speed and productivity our industry needs, but at the end of the day, real estate only works through trust and human connection. My philosophy is to go ‘Digital First’ on the back end so that I can be ‘People First’ on the front end. I use technology to clear the noise, giving me more time to connect with my clients as real people and offer the expert, personalized guidance they expect.

What is the one thing about this industry that keeps your curiosity alive?
My volunteer work has been a masterclass in human psychology. I’m motivated by the challenge of meeting people exactly where they are—whether I’m navigating a strong ego, guiding someone through their first experience, or earning the trust of a skeptic. I thrive on the challenge of adapting my style to match theirs, ensuring that regardless of our personality differences, we reach the same goal.”

How do you want to shape the communities you work in?
I want to be more than just your local real estate expert; I want to be your ‘go-to’ neighbor. My goal for Nest and Tale is built on the pillars of transparency and trust—the kind of person you call for honest advice over a cup of coffee. Following the examples of Oprah Winfrey and Ratan Tata, I am dedicated to a business model that prioritizes community welfare. Whether we are connecting at one of my coffee mornings or working together to support those in need, my focus is always on giving back and being the first choice for a community that values integrity as much as I do.
